Refund policy
We do not offer returns on the products. However, we provide replacements if there is a genuine concern with the item received. For replacements, please write to us at vsgrow6@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Sharing a clear unboxing video and images of the damaged/defective product is mandatory so that we can verify the issue and resolve it with our courier partners.
Cancellations
Orders once placed through www.vsgrow.com cannot be cancelled, and no monetary refunds will be processed once an order has been successfully placed.
We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, if a customer rejects an order upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs, including forward and return shipping charges, as well as any damages incurred during transit. These charges will be deducted, and we will issue a store credit for the remaining balance, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
If a shipment is returned to us due to reasons such as customer unavailability, incorrect/incomplete shipping details, or rejection of the parcel, all associated shipping costs (forward and return) and any transit damages will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the provided shipping address is complete and accurate.
Since V.S Grow processes orders as quickly as possible, it is very difficult to cancel or modify an order once placed. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at vsgrow6@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate the change, we cannot guarantee it once the order has been processed for dispatch.
