1. Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package.

2. Shipping Charges

4. Packaging Safety Plants are living, delicate items. We use premium, eco-friendly packaging designed to keep your plants healthy and secure during transit.

5. Delivery Responsibility

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes a landmark.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or if the customer is unavailable, the shipping costs (forward and return) will be deducted from any eligible store credit.
